Hospital based Urgent Care and Occupational Health clinics seek experienced physician to partner in a Dyad leadership model and lead a team of physicians and APPs. This is a multi-state operation requiring administrative oversight of key program initiatives. Unique opportunity providing a blend of leadership and clinical focus:
- Direct responsibility of 3-6 physicians and 50+ APPs
- Hire/train/mentor your team
- Lead strategic location growth and planning
- Develop system quality initiatives; patient engagement and satisfaction
- Evaluation of program growth through telemedicine and ancillary services
- Collaborate with area employers to provide care to their employee workforce
Clinic locations include Winchester and Front Royal, Virginia and Martinsburg, Ranson, and Spring Mills, West Virginia. Board eligible or Board certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Urgent Care with appropriate experience. Excellent income and vacation potential
