We're looking for a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our well-supported team just 20 minutes outside of Omaha. This is a flexible, full-time outpatient role offering excellent work-life balance, strong financial incentives, and no call responsibilities.

Position Highlights

• Flexible Schedule: Consistent 4-day work week
• Dedicated Support: Work alongside your own MA or RN
• Outpatient Only: Care for patients of all ages (primarily adults) with a reasonable panel of 18-20 per day
• No Call: Focus on patient care during clinic hours only
• Modern Technology: EPIC EMR for streamlined charting

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $321,000 starting, with growth potential
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
