Position Overview:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about comprehensive patient care, values a collaborative approach, and is comfortable practicing in a hybrid urgent care/primary care model.

Responsibilities:

      Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages

      Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

      Conduct physicals, wellness exams, and follow-up visits

      Order and interpret diagnostic tests

      Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical staff

      Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EHR system

      Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

      MD or DO with a current California medical license

      Board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine

      DEA license in good standing

      Strong communication and team collaboration skills

      Urgent care or outpatient experience

Compensation & Benefits:

      Annual salary: $250,000
