Description

Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) is one of the largest physician-owned and led multispecialty groups in Central Texas. Established in 1980 by a family medicine physician, ARC has grown to include 19 specialties and more than 450 physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs) serving patients across 35+ locations in the Greater Austin area.

Position Overview

ARC is seeking Family Medicine Physicians (both newly trained and experienced) to join our Bastrop clinic. This role is ideal for those interested in establishing a general family medicine practice in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple specialties.

  • Participate in leadership opportunities, teaching, and clinical committees.

  • Maintain patient documentation with advanced EMR tools, including optional ambient dictation.

  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance care quality and efficiency.

Practice Support

  • EMR-integrated ambient dictation & automated lab result summaries.

  • Advanced EMR system supported by trained administrative staff.
