*Position Overview* Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated, Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join our San Saba clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care in a rural setting while being part of an integrated healthcare system that prioritizes excellence, innovation, and collaboration. *About the Role* As a Family Medicine Physician at our San Saba clinic, you will: * Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages. * Manage chronic and acute conditions, preventive care, and health education. * Work alongside experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who have been instrumental in delivering care to the community. * Serve a diverse patient population, including migrant and farm workers, families, and individuals with limited access to specialists. * Coordinate care with regional specialists, with the nearest facilities being 1-2 hours away. * Engage in community outreach and mentorship opportunities.
