A regional community health center covering over 30 towns in eastern Connecticut is bringing on additional Family Medicine Physicians. We provide a full range of primary care services to all ages including medical, dental and behavioral health care, as well as care coordination and community outreach.

About the opportunity:

• Total outpatient
• Option for four-day work week
• 1:1 Medical Assistant/Physician
• 1:2 RN/Physician ratios
• RNs perform education visits, triage, and in-box refill support
• Clinical faculty appointment and medical student teaching opportunities
• Minimal on-call with stipend
• In addition to our main facilities, we offer mobile programs and School Based Health Centers.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Robust salary commensurate with experience
• Additional $5,000 bilingual stipend for verified Spanish fluency
