MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join an outpatient practice located in Mason City, Iowa.

MercyOne Forest Park Family Medicine

• Busy practice with instant volume
• Join 7 Physicians & 1 Physician Assistant
• Traditional outpatient family medicine
• Minimal call - phone only (1:9 rotation)
• Located adjacent to MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center- Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital- named Top 100 Hospital nationally- easy access to all specialists, lab, radiology, pharmacy, and many other services.
• Service area: 15 counties, 260,000 population 

Candidates

• BC/BE; must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible.
• EOE/drug screen required.
• H1B & J1 candidates accepted.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE 

• $150,000 Bonus!
• 2-year income guarantee of $290,100 per year!
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• Full benefits package, including 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production
