Opportunity Details:
• Outpatient practice with some inpatient follow-up
• An established team of 11 primary care physicians and 20 advanced practice providers
• Manageable 16-20 patients per day with ancillary provider support

Compensation Details:
• $250,000-$300,000+ earning potential from a guaranteed base salary and production incentive bonuses
• $200,000 Sign On Bonus, retention, loan; bundled
• Relocation Assistance - $15,000
